One office in Sector 15, opened in 2009. Fifteen years later, still the same address — and still the same answer when a property has a problem.
We Started by Losing a Deal
In our first year, we found a buyer for a plot in Sector 21. Two days before the registry, our own title search turned up a pending mutation the seller had not disclosed. We told the buyer. He walked, and we lost the commission.
He also sent us four clients over the next two years. That was the entire business lesson, delivered early: in a market where everyone is suspicious of everyone, being the firm that tells you the bad news is not a moral luxury. It is the strategy.
Fifteen years on, we still run a title search before we take a rupee of token, and we still walk clients away from properties we cannot stand behind. The office is bigger. The rule has not changed.

The First Office
Perfect Homes opens a single-room office in Sector 15 with two people and a landline. The first deal closes in November — a 2 BHK in NIT.
2013
One Hundred Families
We hand over the keys to our hundredth family and formalise the in-house legal desk that still checks every title today.
2016
Into Commercial
The commercial division opens, starting with retail leasing on the NIT market corridor.
2019
Greater Faridabad
We open a second office in Neharpar to serve the Greater Faridabad corridor as the metro extension is announced.
2022
RERA Registration
Full RERA registration completed, and every listing on our books is re-verified against revenue records.
2024
500 Families, ₹200 Cr
We cross five hundred families served and two hundred crore in closed transactions — still from the same Sector 15 address.
Our Mission
To make buying property in Faridabad boring. No surprises at registry, no clause you did not read, no charge you were not told about. If the deal is sound we will close it; if it is not, we will say so and lose the commission.
